Q. How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from PayPal as you have placed an order. Read this carefully and confirm that the order confirmation agrees with your order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact customerservice@caesarwalks.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Please keep Paypal email as your proof of order.

Q. Why is my order on HOLD?

An order might be placed on Hold because of the following reasons. Your order might contain an undeliverable address or incorrect information. You requested a size change. Paypal might be reviewing your payment. Your order might need a different shipping service. Your order might contain one of more items that need to be made at order, such as Special Editions.

Q. Why is my order on Back-Order?

An order might be placed on back-order in the event that we are low on inventory for your ordered shoes and they just arrived at our sourcing center, and will be shipped soon after inspecting them.

Q. If my shoes have defects, can I return?

You may return any defective products you have ordered from www.caesarwalks.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery. All goods returned for exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. The soles of our slippers and shoes are made of high quality leather, and we cannot accept returns of products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods and responsible for shipping charges of returned merchandise. CaesarWalks Footwear cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. Please note that we do not refund the cost of return delivery. Refund of the returned item minus 5% restocking fee will be made within five days after CaesarWalks Footwear receives and inspects the returned product from you. Bespoke orders cannot be returned for other reason than a production mistake

Q. Do you disclose information?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include our business. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses

Q. Do We Use Cookies?

Yes.
